Rainbow trout is known for the obvious rainbow line on its waist and abdomen, and is called "rainbow trout". In the United States, this fish is called "ironhead trout". "Xinjiang salmon" mainly relies on the meltwater of the "Xinjiang Tianshan Mountains", which is known as the 10,000-year-old glacier. Because of its sweet, clear, cold, pure and oxygen-rich, it has become the best place for salmon to grow. Tianyun salmon also came into being. Xinjiang's "Tianyun salmon" has achieved its excellent quality due to its unique growth environment and three years of slow cultivation. Tianyun salmon sashimi is full and chewy, and the tip of the tongue is sweet and tender. It seems that you can feel the fragrance of flowers in your mouth. Every bite is a gentle care for your taste buds.

Salmon is the transliteration of the English word "SALMON", which specifically refers to salmonids, including Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, pink salmon, coho salmon, dog salmon, sockeye salmon, king salmon, and autumn salmon. Salmon are born in freshwater and grow in three environments: seawater, freshwater, and the interface between sea and freshwater. The current global production areas are mainly divided into: Norway, Chile, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, China, Turkey, etc. Norway and Chile mainly farm Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, and coho salmon, Australia mainly farms Atlantic salmon, New Zealand mainly farms king salmon, and China and Turkey mainly farm rainbow trout.

Basic Nutritional Composition of Salmon

Nutritious and tender

The flesh and skin of Tenjin salmon are rich in protein, with a wet weight ≥ 20% (water content) (dry weight of about ≥ 60%).
The oil content of fish flesh of Tenjin salmon is about 35% by dry weight.

Each Tenjin salmon's tissues contain tasty amino acid: Bitter amino acids (≥ 50%).
Tenjin salmon is rich in essential amino acids in its meat and liver proteins, about 40% of which are essential amino acids.
